Scepter of Violation - Tamriel Rebuilt

A unique artefact weapon I made for Tamriel Rebuilt, based on concept art by be-a-stranger. The Scepter of Violation is one of the regalia of an ancient empire of the Dreugh, which are now hidden across Tamriel. You can find it in the latest version of the mod.
I made the animated render in Blender using a variety of compositing nodes. I was going for the look of a 90s horror game, like a screen that appears when you pick up a new item
